Static scanning answers what code appears capable of doing. Runtime preflight answers a different question: whether this specific subject, tool, operation, target and parameter set is authorized right now.
FOXIFY machine preflights
- Payment-intent preflight — $0.05 USDC: mandate, amount, destination, merchant, expiry and replay risk.
- Exact action-authority preflight — $0.25 USDC: subject, tool, operation, exact target, canonical parameters, authority lifetime, retry state and postcondition requirements.
- Available over remote MCP and direct HTTP using x402 on Base.
- Returns ALLOW, REVIEW or DENY with machine-readable evidence.
Why ambiguous retries matter
If a consequential prior attempt may already have taken effect but the final outcome is unknown, FOXIFY does not treat that ambiguity as permission to repeat the action. The action-authority preflight denies that retry until the prior outcome is resolved.
